Outcomes With AI is the AI consulting practice of Kevin Conti, based in Odessa, Florida. We help small to medium-sized businesses hand the work they repeat every week to AI: lead follow-ups, quotes, scheduling, and paperwork. Most of the work is remote, so clients are nationwide; talks and workshops are in person around Tampa Bay.

The name

Why we called it Outcomes With AI.

AI is being sold hard right now, and most of what you hear lands somewhere between a real breakthrough and a sales pitch. The truth is in the middle. There are projects a small business can start today that pay for themselves, and there are projects that will burn serious money, and from the outside the two look about the same.

Building is how we tell them apart. We implement this work for paying clients every week, so we know where AI is genuinely ready and where it is not. We turn down projects that are not realistic yet, whatever people are claiming on LinkedIn. That costs us work, and it saves our clients from the bill their competitors are paying.

What is left is the work that shows up in the bottom line. Those are the outcomes we named the company after.

Kevin’s story

A software engineer by trade.

Before founding Outcomes With AI, Kevin was Lead Developer at SoftPro, a subsidiary of Fidelity National Financial, where he delivered multiple AI projects for the Fortune 500 parent company. He has since built AI systems for companies including Ameritel and Adaptive Alchemy.

Today he runs Outcomes With AI and builds and operates the Speed-to-Lead platform.

He is a Claude-Certified Architect, Anthropic’s top technical certification, and gives vendor-neutral advice across ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Copilot.

When you work with Outcomes With AI, you work with Kevin, the person who builds the systems, not an account manager.

These are not values-page decorations. They are the calls you will see made, in plain view, in every engagement and every talk.

  • Vendor-neutral

    We work across ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Copilot, and we do not resell any of them. When we recommend a tool, it is because it fits the job, including when the free tier is enough.

  • Practitioner first, presenter second

    Every recommendation comes from systems we build and operate for paying clients. Nothing we teach is theoretical.

  • Honest answers

    If a tool is not ready for your business, or AI is not the right fix for a task, you will hear that in plain words. “Not yet” is a real answer here.

  • Local in person, remote for the rest

    We are based in Odessa, Florida, and we come in person for talks and workshops around Tampa Bay. The systems we build run wherever your business does, so client work happens remotely, including with businesses outside Florida.
